Hi,
I just found your website and have learned some great things about it. Thank you for your series of posts on the movie UP; I plan to go see it.

P.S. What got you interested in filmaking, in general?

    Blessings, Ahlaischa

It's worth noting that in terms of money being raked in "Up" is thus far second only to "Finding Nemo" in Pixar's unusual streak of box office hits. Also, in its third and fourth weeks of release it actually beat out "Nemo" in box office sales, according to boxofficemojo.com. Sales have only recently dipped with the release of "Ice Age" and "Transformers," but both of those films saw a sharper decline after their opening weekends.

"Up" has made $327,656,582 internationally so far, and it isn't scheduled to open in Japan until December. Not too shabby.
